    Moleskine® Star Wars™ : the origami battle

    Moleskine has been branching out with paperless products in the past year, but they haven’t left out their notebooks in their attempts to draw in a new audience. To promote the new line of Moleskine + Star Wars branded limited edition notebooks, Moleskine creates a promo video of a galaxy battle with folded paper.

    The Tim Burton + MOMA Moleskine notebook “…A custom 2010 weekly planner was published by Moleskine in a limited run. The books, featuring Tim Burton’s signature and the MoMA logo embossed on the cover, were given out to event VIPs. The unique paperband features the names of several of Burton’s films, set atop images of one of Burton’s earliest characters, Vincent, the star of a 1982 short film created in collaboration with Rick Heinrichs…”

    The new Moleskine Passions notebooks “Moleskine Passions is a collection of six different journals to record and recall memories, thoughts and notes about six different passions: Recipes, Wine, Book, Film, Music and Wellness…” —Moleskine press release (Last week when I attended the TDC’s “The Night of the Italians,” designer Francesco Cavalli of LeftLoft,
 showed his color-coded redesigns for the Moleskine brand (which most us of are very familiar with). Does anyone know if he worked on this new line too?) (discovered via NotCot)
